Robert Potter
Founder
Robert runs Cyber Activities Group (CAG) day-to-day growth and operations. He is an experienced cyber, national security and government executive having held several high-profile roles as a leader in the space. These include leading the Australian Government’s cyber programs in the Pacific, being part of President Biden’s Counter Ransomware Initiative (one of 16 company executives selected globally and the only Australian), working as an expert for the United States Department of State and Global Affairs Canada as a leading expert in critical infrastructure security, sitting on the board of Ukraine’s Cyber Diia capacity building institution, leading BAE Systems Applied Intelligence cyber operations in APAC and working as the first head of cyber security at the Washington Post. Robert has a history of securing and delivering large deals for partners and founding cybersecurity firm Internet 2.0.
Jeffrey C. “J.C.” Dodson
Partner
J.C. is a partner at Cyber Activities Group (CAG) who provides international expertise in security strategy, policy, and operational design. He also specializes in emerging technology assessment and rapid implementation. J.C. is founder and principal at JCARL Group, a referral-only global risk, resilience, and response advisory firm. J.C. serves as a board member and advisor to global technology companies and non-profit organizations. He is an advisor to the U.S. Department of Defense and University of Maryland’s Advanced Research Laboratory for Intelligence and Security (ARLIS). He has over two decades of experience as an executive with BAE Systems where key roles included Chief Security Officer, Global Chief Information Security Officer, and advanced technologies program management. Prior to joining BAE Systems, he was a career miliary officer serving as a colonel with the U.S. Air Force.
Dr. Carl Ungerer
Partner
Carl is a partner at Cyber Activities Group providing expertise in government affairs with extensive experience consulting to governments, corporations, and international organizations in Australia and overseas. He has worked at the most senior levels of both State and Federal governments in Australia. He was the Deputy Chief of Staff to the Australian Foreign Minister, with responsibility for all aspects of international policy including responses to crises in the Middle East, Asia and the Pacific. He was the Head of the Leadership, Crisis and Conflict Management Program at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy in Switzerland. And, most recently, he was the Senior Political Adviser to the Deputy Premier of Queensland. Previous appointments include: inaugural Director of the National Security Program at the Australian Strategic Policy Institute; a senior Strategic Analyst at the Office of National Assessments; and a career diplomat with the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. He has designed and led multinational research teams in Southeast Asia on counter-terrorism and cyber-security.
Amb. Kelley Currie
Partner
Kelley is a partner at Cyber Activities Group offering expertise in foreign policy and international relations. She has specialized in human rights, political reform, and non-traditional security issues, focusing on the Indo-Pacific region. She is currently a non-resident Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council, with a joint affiliation to the Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security and the Freedom and Prosperity Center. She is a founding partner of Kilo-Alpha Strategies, a boutique geopolitical advisory firm, and serves on the board of directors of the National Endowment for Democracy and the advisory boards of Spirit of America, the Vandenberg Coalition, and the Global Taiwan Institute. A former member of the Board of Governors, Ambassador Currie was appointed a Senior Adjunct Fellow at the East-West Center in 2024. She was unanimously confirmed in July 2017 as the United States Representative to the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) and Alternative Representative to the UN General Assembly under Ambassador Nikki Haley. She subsequently served as acting senior official for the Department of State’s Office of Global Criminal Justice and Ambassador-at-Large for Global Women’s Issues.
Tom Moore

Tom Moore is a partner at Cyber Activities Group who advises on GTM and Enterprise sales. In 2015, he founded WithYouWithMe to fix veteran unemployment and discovered a much wider problem at play in the workforce. Tom and the team at WithYouWithMe now work to help individuals uncover what they’re good at and upskill for new digital careers. He grew the company as the CEO from 1 staff member to 400 globally winning the Deloitte Tech 500 in 2019 growing the company by 13,000% in revenue in one year and expanding the company to UK. Canada, PNG and the US. He recently moved on from the CEO and is the company’s chair. Tom has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Wollongong and is a graduate of the Royal Military College. He won Alumni of the Year for the University in 2018 for his work to solve underemployment. Tom is also the founder and initial board director of the Australian Digital Skills Organization which drives the transformation of Australia’s education system to fulfil digital skills crisis. This organization manages over a $1bn in digital skills training funding for the Australian Government. Tom is great at open plan selling and challenger sales for founders and companies looking to enter a new market or distribute a new technology product.
